Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces. Head over to the Custom Orders page to share your ideas—whether it’s a personalized mug, custom wall hanging, or something totally unique.

Where are you based?
All pieces are handmade in beautiful Tauranga, New Zealand.

How long will my order take?
Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders usually take 3–4 weeks, depending on the piece. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I ship within New Zealand. If you're overseas and have your heart set on something, feel free to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do!

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most are—but because each piece is handmade and unique, I recommend handwashing to keep them happy and looking their best. 

Do your wall hangings come ready to hang?
Yes! Wall hangings come with a hook on the back, I also sell the mini easels to display them.

What if my item arrives damaged?
I pack each order with care, but if something arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo and I’ll sort it out quickly.
